The aim of th eproject is to boost local actors to be coaches in creative processes and open a platform for artistic expressions in marginalised areas of Amman
Combining two pedagogical approaches two Swedish experts; one in group process and one in creative arts, work with 20 pedagogues and young professionals in Amman for three days. Expected results: Participants strengthen their team-work skills, capacity to coach others and take ownership of tools, and collaboration between organizers deepens.
