The aim of the project is to 1) introduce the issues of diversity, democracy and freedom of cultural expression to Russian festival agendas 2) catalyze capacity-building processes and networking between festival managers on the international, national and regional levels 3) empower female festival managers in order to strengthen their role as agents of change.
