The project will be the start of a movement of #periodproud women and girls and #periodsupportive boys and men in Rwanda. The people involved in and the people affected by the project will learn how period shame and period shaming affect girls’ and women’s equal enjoyment of their human rights. By teaming up with local organizations working with MHM/ SRHR and media partners we will strengthen the network in the region and our joint voice for Menstrual Equity.
