The aim of the project is to empower disabled people through the arts and culture to take an equal place in Russian society by raising the capacity of professionals working in the cultural, educational and social sectors. We will create new educational programmes and modules for retraining and will organise advanced training at partner institutions. We will develop a formal network for capacity-building in the inclusive arts covering Sweden, Belarus and Russia.
