This project aims to empower disabled people through the arts and culture to take an equal place in the society in Belarus by raising the capacity of professionals working in the cultural, educational and social sectors. It will create new educational programmes and modules for retraining and advanced training at partner institutions. It will also develop a formal network for capacity building in inclusive arts for Sweden, Belarus and Russia.
