The aim of the project is to create a Baltic Sea neighbourhood–wide cooperation within talent attraction and retention, piloting new initiatives.
The Baltic Sea Neighbourhood is not a known nor preferred career destination for the global workforce.
The project partners will conduct a data driven and European best practice approach of working together across The Baltic Sea Neighbourhood to present a more unified, cooperative region and value proposition of a more dynamic labour market to attract global talents. Among the project activities are a training on how to attract talent as well as an action plan on how to get started and how to cooperate across the region.
