Arts have a significant potential to engage with children and youth and offer a valuable platform for participation, free expression and building capacities for intercultural understanding.
This initiative aims to build and support professional capacity of leaders of the cultural sector in Serbia and Western Balkans working with and for children and young people. It will establish new networks between the performing arts in Swedish, Serbian and Western Balkans to engage with children and youth as important, if neglected, members of society.
