The aim of the project is to create a network of local level actors from the participating countries to conceptualize the Ukrainian usage of points of invincibility as an important tool for societal resilience in crises.
The project will address the common challenge of the necessity of boosting societal resilience in crisis situations. Specific focus in the project is given to one essential tool which has proven to be effective and useful in terms of the most serious of crises, in wartime Ukraine – points of invincibility.
The concept will act as a policy brief and as a tool for municipalities to better understand both starting, equipping and running the points, based on best practices for engaging the local communities and dealing with different aspects of vulnerabilities. Activities include a final conference at Malmö university.
