The purpose of the project is to strengthen young Somali women’s right to communicate through community radio. The project aims to achieve a change of the situation for women in Somaliland, both on an individual and societal level. To empower young women to express their ideas, stories and other women’s stories from their own perspective. The project aims to broaden the writing journalists’ media skills by learning a new means of communication: radio.
