ReCoSe; Navigating Success – Regional Cooperation for Skills and Employment in the Baltic Sea Region

The project aims to build a transnational and cross‑sectoral platform to improve labour market participation in the Baltic Sea region by facilitating the exchange of innovative solutions among key regional stakeholders, including public authorities, business actors, educational institutions and civil society organisations.

The Baltic Sea region faces demographic decline, skills mismatches and accelerated digital transformation, all of which limit labour market participation, especially among young people and those needing reskilling. Although regions have worked actively to address these issues, the complexity and scale of the challenges require coordinated approaches and shared learning across borders to adapt effective solutions to different local contexts.

The project brings stakeholders together through mapping, regular meetings and cross‑regional learning exchanges, leading to the creation of a transnational task force that supports long‑term cooperation for a more inclusive and future‑oriented labour market.
