A key challenge is a need for comprehensive skills development among public employees to effectively implement and leverage new digital governance tools. This is crucial for improving public service delivery and ensuring robust and transparent governmental operations.
The initiative is specifically designed to strengthen democratic institutions and public administration by developing and piloting a tailored training programme for Ukrainian public employees. Activities include to develop a customised curriculum, incorporating leadership, decision-making, and future foresight, cooperating with subject matter experts.
