The aim of the project is to contribute to an inclusive, just, and sustainable development by increasing the capacity of key stakeholders to integrate responsible business conduct into the recovery process in Ukraine.
The war in Ukraine significantly increases risks to the country’s social development by way of corruption, reduced attention to environmental challenges, rising poverty and increased number of people living in vulnerable situations, energy scarcity and food vulnerability.
Building companies’ capacities on human rights will contribute both to the realisation of human rights in Ukraine and in private sector development, helping to ensure that business activities meet internationally recognised social and environmental norms and standards for responsible business conduct. Activities include to build a modell for multi stakeholder engagement.
