The initiative contributes to capacity-building processes and raises awareness of the effects of equal opportunities for the Russian music artists
The target group is female artists, bands with female frontfigures, followed by artists with queer approach & artists with versatile ethnolinguistic backgrounds. Through a chain of music showcases, discussions and educational activities the project creates a new platform for sustainable cultural communication and exchange of cultural experience.
