This project aims to support employment and career development opportunities for Ukrainians in the IT sector and strengthen Ukrainian IT companies by improving access to in-demand junior and senior tech talent.
Challenges include Ukrainians losing their livelihoods due to the war, while the labour market struggles to offer new opportunities for people, due to the impact on the economy. An increasing number of Ukrainian tech specialists have lost or are at risk of losing their jobs. On top of this Ukrainians cannot self-fund the skills training necessary to improve their circumstances.
This project aims to bolster Ukrainian resilience by fostering employment and career development opportunities for Ukrainians in the tech industry. Activities include creating, enrolling and teaching students in various tech programs, as well as hosting events for networking and matchmaking.
