The aim of the project is to inserts carefully selected books and specially created artworks on the shelves of libraries across Lebanon
It will support the active role of women in Lebanese society and counteract the sectarianism that obstructs the development of democracy, freedom of speech and women’s rights. Only knowledge and dialogues between the islands that the sects constitute can break down the social and political fragmentation and libraries offer perfect sites to develop meaningful exchange
