Artists and cultural workers are crucial for a rapid response to local and global challenges, and thus for contributing to social change.
This project will build on the achievements of the earlier project STATUS I (2018‒2020). Konstepidemin and the Belarusian partner organisation Kryly Khalopa will together develop methods of exchange and the dissemination of practical knowledge through exchange programmes, workshops, a congress and a web platform for artists, cultural workers and organisations ‒ all based on values of freedom of expression, equality, broader representation and sustainability.
