The objective is to strengthen Russian regional media’s capacity to produce quality journalism for different platforms.
The expected results are: new networks, improved opportunities for freedom of expression in terms of new/social media development and development of new forms of communication. In the long term: better skilled journalists are a prerequisite for producing high quality journalism.
