The aim of the project is to conceptualize local level post-crisis learning with relevant stakeholders, whilst creating a network for further cooperation and project partnerships.
The common challenge at the core of the project is post-crisis management and more specifically, institutionalized post-crisis learning. Recent years have brought various crises with different consequences on national, regional, and global level – such as COVID, the war in Ukraine and the climate crisis.
The project activities consist of mapping and contacting relevant stakeholders, knowledge exchange of how the participating countries have dealt with obstacles arising in learning after a crisis. The participants will gain knowledge on ways to institutionalize crisis management based on real life examples.
