By establishing a platform for collaboration the project aims to enhance mutual democratic, capacity-building process and establish a sustainable young curators and art operators network between actors from Sweden and north-west Russia who work in a field of art connected to urban development and who use culture to inspire and accelerate positive changes by increasing the level of intercultural dialogue between different agents of change: cultural operators, local governments and various audiences.
