The project aims to raise the capacity of youth NGOs in Belarus to inform, recruit and engage youth and contribute to creative problem-solving and rights fulfillment in society.
There will be focus on capacity-strengthening in relevant topics and improving their communication and recruitment capacities. An NGO network will be created.
