Alice Kadango, PhD, has worked in midwifery since 1991. She fell in love with the work from the very start, and is now just as excited, only more focused on improving care. She is the right person to ask about making deliveries safe for babies and mothers in Malawi. According to her, the biggest challenge is making sure midwifes have access to information that describes best practices.
