Network for change – civil society leadership mingle  

The Swedish Institute and Ideell Arena invite you to an evening of connection and collaboration – a chance to share insights and build relationships with a network of over 100 other civil society leaders.

As a leader in civil society, you’re invited to an inspiring mingle where you’ll connect with influential peers from Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, and Türkiye, all visiting Stockholm as part of the Swedish Institute’s leadership programme SI Leader Lab*.

Enjoy engaging conversations, explore new collaboration, and expand your network in an atmosphere designed to spark innovative ideas. 

Our collaboration with Ideell Arena also provides an opportunity to meet and connect with a large pool of influential Swedish civil society leaders. Since its founding in 1998 by researchers and nonprofit leaders, Ideell Arena has united nearly a hundred organisations in Sweden with its focus on strengthen strategic leadership through training, knowledge exchange, and mutual learning. 

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Swedish Institute’s offers, including leadership programmes and grants with funding for cooperation between Swedish organisations and international counterparts.

*SI Leader Lab is arranged by the Swedish Institute with support from Hyper Island. It’s designed to give participants an opportunity to explore their leadership skills and effective advocacy methods. This year’s participants come from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine.

All activities are based on knowledge exchange and mutual learning, in close cooperation with academia.
