We empower current and future leaders

SI leadership programmes empower leaders from the public and private sector and the civil society in their work to promote sustainable development. Every year around 700 changemakers from countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia are selected to join our leadership programmes.

SI Scholarship for Global Professionals grants around 350 fully funded scholarships each year for master studies in Sweden with the aim to develop future global leaders that contribute to sustainable development in their home countries and regions.

Participants in our leadership- and scholarship programmes all get an access to unique networks for professional exchange with each other and with Sweden. Scholarship holders join the Network for Future Global Professionals, a platform to help them grow professionally while in Sweden.

She Entrepreneurs

She Entrepreneurs is a leadership programme for highly motivated women entrepreneurs in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye who are building successful and sustainable businesses. The programme offers the participants knowledge, provides tangible tools, and an exchange of experiences that helps them develop as entrepreneurs and leaders, and to grow their businesses.

SI Leader Lab

SI Leader Lab is a leadership programme for civil society leaders in North Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe focused on Sustainable Development Goal 16 to promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies. The programme provides participants with innovative tools and a broad network that aims to strengthen their leadership and advocacy skills.

Impact Pioneers '24

Impact Pioneers '24 promotes networking and exchange between Swedish and international entrepreneurs, with green transition and growth as a shared goal. The program is a pilot initiative in sustainable entrepreneurship. The aim is to strengthen Sweden's position and increase the momentum of the green transition.
