Are you curious about SI Leader Lab?

The Swedish Institute welcomes civil society actors in Georgia to get a taste of the leadership programme SI Leader Lab.

Are you in a leadership position of a civil society organisation in Georgia? Take the chance to attend a one-day training onsite in Tbilisi. This training is an opportunity for you to grow as a leader, exchange knowledge, form new connections and test out innovative tools and methods with likeminded peers.  

We will explore a few tools and methods linked to leadership and organisational development, that enable you to grow as a leader both on a personal and professional level. It can for example be values-based leadership and how group dynamics might influence efficiency in a team. It will be an intensive day, free of charge, with lots of possibilities to share experiences with likeminded peers. 

The training is arranged to give you a taste for what SI Leader Lab is about. SI Leader Lab is a leadership programme arranged by the Swedish Institute. The programme is designed to give influential civil society leaders from around the world an opportunity to explore their leadership skills and learn effective advocacy methods. It’s an opportunity to share experiences, form new connections and to try out innovative tools and methods with peers. In 2024 SI Leader Lab invites 100 civil society leaders who are working for the Sustainable Development Goal 16 (just, peaceful and inclusive societies). Read more about SI Leader Lab here.

Please note:

  • The one-day training is designed for civil society leaders in Georgia working for peaceful and inclusive societies (SDG 16 Agenda 2030). 
  • All participants need to have a good working knowledge of spoken and written English.
